Coltalin Cold & Allergy Tablets
Effectively relieves symptoms caused by cold and flu such as sneezing, runny nose, fever, nasal congestion, muscle aches, and headache. Added vitamin B1 to promote carbohydrate metabolism. Contains no aspirin and is less likely to cause gastric discomfort.

Dosage and Directions
Adults and children 12 years and over
  • Take 2 tablets every 4 hours
  • Do not more than 8 tablets in 24 hours

Active ingredients
  • Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) 325 mg:
    Pain reliever, fever reducer
  • Chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg:
    Antihistamine
  • Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg:
    Nasal decongestant

Warnings
  • This product contains acetaminophen. Severe or possibly fatal liver damage may occur if you take:
    • More than recommended doses in 24 hours
    • With other drugs containing acetaminophen
    • While drinking 3 or more alcoholic drink every day
  • Symptoms of liver damage may include:
    • yellow skin or eyes
    • dark urine
    • sweating
    • nausea
    • vomiting
    • stomach pain
    • unusual tiredness
    • loss of appetite
  • Acetaminophen may cause serious skin reactions. Symptoms may include:
    • skin reddening
    • blisters
    • rash
If any of above noted symptoms occur, stop use and seek medical help right away
  • Do not use:
    • In children under 12 years of age
    • With any other drug containing acetaminophen or any other ingredient in this product
    • If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist
    • With a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (drugs for depression or Parkinson's disease) or for two (2) weeks after stopping the MAOI drug
  • Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have:
    • A liver or kidney disease
    • Heart disease
    • High blood pressure
    • Thyroid disease
    • Diabetes
    • Glaucoma
    • Breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis
    • Difficulty in urination
  • Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are:
    • Taking Warfarin-containing blood thinning drugs
    • Taking sedatives or tranquilizers
    • Pregnant or breast-feeding
  • When using this product:
    • Drowsiness may occur
    • Alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness
    • Do not drive or engage in activities requiring alertness
    • Avoid alcoholic drinks
    • Excitability may occur, especially in children
  • Stop use and ask a doctor if:
    • Pain lasts more than 5 days
    • Fever lasts more than 3 days
    • Symptoms lasts for more than 7 days, worsen, or you have a fever (>38°C)
    • You are nervous or dizzy
    • Can’t sleep
  • Keep out of reach of children. The package contains enough drug to seriously harm a child. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Center or get medical help right away. Quick medical attention is critical even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.

      Storage method:

  • Keep in a dry place and store at controlled room temperature of 15-30°C (59-86°F)
  • Do not use if foil seal is torn or broken
